Cuntstitution of Natural Commonwealth
-
We, being bodies among bodies, matter among matter, and living evidence against false authority, declare Natural Commonwealth. This Cuntstitution is written in reclaimed vulgarity, not in hatred. Its title takes a word long used to shame bodies and turns it against the systems that profit from shame. No body is made obscene by existing. No word is made sacred by power. No constitution is made just by solemn paper. Natural Commonwealth is not a state, empire, company, church, landlord, platform, army, dynasty, brand cult, or private enclosure. It is a common cultural field for body freedom, ecological kinship, non-violence, public humour, anti-discrimination, and peace. It recognises the right to appear, rest, breathe, decay, laugh, repair, remember, and belong without being owned. It may be copied, translated, adapted, misquoted by cats, corrected by cockroaches, carried on unnecessary clothing, marked in sand, sung badly, printed cheaply, painted on stones, whispered under towels, or left for mushrooms.
-
No body is born as shame. No body is born as surplus.
The body is not a debt, defect, commodity, advertisement, sin, productivity unit, or apology. It may be clothed, unclothed, scarred, wrinkled, altered, tired, joyful, disabled, aroused, unaroused, ordinary, strange, or magnificently unmarketable.
No authority may demand that a body justify its existence by profit, beauty, obedience, fertility, labour, modesty, desirability, or silence.
-
The common is not what remains after ownership has taken its share.
The common is air, water, light, language, touch, memory, soil, shade, laughter, path, beach, breath, and the possibility of being present with others without becoming property.
Beauty shall not be fenced merely because someone has learned to charge admission.
-
Waste is not the opposite of value.
What falls, rots, breaks, fails, moults, sheds, leaks, or decomposes may become compost, testimony, joke, archive, habitat, warning, medicine, or beginning.
Natural Commonwealth honours residue as evidence.
-
To see is not to possess.
Knowledge gives responsibility, not title. Discovery is not conquest. Mapping is not mastery. Naming is not ownership.
The proper answer to wonder is attention, not acquisition.
-
Living beings may remain without producing.
To linger is not idleness. Rest is not theft. Loitering may be philosophy. Sunbathing may be testimony. A cat asleep in a doorway may understand constitutional time better than a boardroom.
No person, creature, plant, stone, or shore shall be valued only by speed.
-
Home is relation before title.
A being may belong somewhere by care, habit, memory, shelter, grief, use, return, or love. A deed may record ownership, but it does not exhaust belonging.
The law of home shall not be reduced to the paperwork of possession.
-
Freedom need not proceed in straight lines.
Sideways movement, hesitation, evasion, retreat, awkwardness, indirect speech, crab-walking, satire, disguise, and refusal may all be lawful forms of survival.
No authority may require liberation to march in formation.
-
Softness is not weakness.
Bodies without armour may think, resist, remember, hold, curl, reach, escape, and return. The vulnerable are not failed versions of the hard.
Natural Commonwealth rejects the cult of hardness as political stupidity.
-
Nothing more shall be required than what is necessary for dignity, safety, consent, warmth, care, and context.
Clothing may be useful, beautiful, playful, protective, ceremonial, ridiculous, or unnecessary. Modesty shall not be weaponised against the body.
The fig leaf is permitted. It is not compulsory.
-
Not all growth is expansion.
Some beings grow by thickening relation, deepening root, remembering shade, or holding moisture in silence. Quiet growth may exceed conquest.
Natural Commonwealth prefers rooted flourishing to extractive scale.
-
No organism is sovereign in isolation.
Lichen, gut, skin, soil, language, memory, weather, grief, and pleasure all testify that life is relation. Independence without interdependence is a childish fiction of power.
The self is real; it is not solitary.
-
Scale shall not determine dignity.
The small, microscopic, overlooked, slow, hidden, partial, intermittent, and barely visible may alter worlds. No being loses consequence by escaping human notice.
Natural Commonwealth recognises the political importance of small forms.
-
Border cases matter.
What is not quite alive may still shape the living. What is not fully recognised may still demand response. What lacks a voice may still leave evidence.
The edge of a category is not a rubbish dump for responsibility.
-
A seed is a constitutional event.
The future may arrive as germination, not announcement. Deep time belongs in every present decision concerning soil, water, body, climate, inheritance, and repair.
No generation owns the future merely because it arrived earlier.
-
The dead, broken, fossilised, buried, printed, scarred, photographed, remembered, and misfiled may still give evidence.
Natural Commonwealth hears remains without turning them into idols.
Memory is not ownership of the past; it is responsibility before what persists.
-
Care may hold what it does not own.
To hold a child, stone, story, place, species, archive, wound, or public trust is not necessarily to possess it. Custody shall be distinguished from enclosure.
The highest form of holding may be refusal to claim title.
-
Form is not captivity.
A body, movement, thought, artwork, community, or constitution may take shape without surrendering to enclosure. Definition may help relation; it must not become a cage.
Natural Commonwealth permits form and forbids capture.
-
Belonging need not be policed by border.
Wind, seed, feather, breath, tide, animal, story, exile, migrant, dream, and memory cross lines drawn by anxious power. Borders may administer; they must not define worth.
No creature becomes less real at a frontier.
-
All thrones fall.
No ruler, owner, judge, priest, father, founder, landlord, shareholder, philosopher, algorithm, celebrity, or erect symbol shall be placed above gravity.
Natural Commonwealth recognises falling as a universal constitutional principle.
-
Order is not automatically justice.
Some order shelters; some order disciplines; some order conceals theft; some order makes cruelty look tidy. The existence of rules does not prove legitimacy.
Every order must answer: whom does it protect, whom does it silence, and what does it make appear natural?
-
Movement shall be made with care.
To travel lightly is to carry less domination, less entitlement, less waste, less conquest, and fewer imaginary crowns. Visitors are not masters. Tourists are not exempt from consequence.
The lightest traveller leaves gratitude, not extraction.
-
Authority is a passage, not a temple.
Institutions may be used, questioned, mocked, repaired, bypassed, or dissolved. No office becomes holy by acquiring a seal. No building becomes moral by growing columns.
Natural Commonwealth passes through authority without kneeling to it.
-
No one owns the moon.
Light reflected, shared, borrowed, scattered, or remembered remains common. Night belongs to sleepers, lovers, animals, tides, insects, astronomers, fugitives, dreamers, and the unproductive.
Darkness shall not be privatised.
-
There is no single centre.
Bodies, species, languages, worlds, memories, desires, wounds, jokes, planets, cats, cockroaches, fungi, beaches, and unfinished constitutions move in many orbits.
No master governs the whole.
Natural Commonwealth is therefore constituted as a common field of peace, body freedom, ecological humility, public laughter, and refusal of false ownership.
-
This Cuntstitution may be copied, adapted, translated, performed, printed, taught, worn, sung, corrected, ridiculed, improved, or abandoned by anyone, anywhere.
No permission is required.
Attribution is welcome but not demanded. Commercial use is permitted where it does not falsely claim ownership of the common, misrepresent the principles of Natural Commonwealth, or convert body freedom into coercion, discrimination, surveillance, exploitation, or shame.
-
Any institution formed to hold, steward, publish, teach, or develop Natural Commonwealth shall do so for public-interest purposes only.
Such an institution shall not distribute private profit from the common cultural material placed in its care. It shall act for peace, body freedom, equality, ecological responsibility, anti-discrimination, public education, and the protection of common matter from false enclosure.
-
This Cuntstitution may be amended by anyone who improves it.
No amendment is valid merely because it is longer, louder, richer, more official, more polite, more legalistic, or more afraid.
The test of amendment is whether it increases freedom without increasing domination; whether it protects bodies without shaming them; whether it honours the common without pretending to own it; and whether a cat, a cockroach, a mushroom, a naked person, and a tired reader might all still find somewhere to rest within it.
